Program terms.
Plain-language terms for the NexaCash referral program. This summary is illustrative and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
1. Membership
Membership is free and subject to approval. Accounts must use accurate details and one person may hold one account.
2. Referral tracking
Commissions are attributed to the last NexaCash referral link clicked within the stated cookie window. Self-referrals do not qualify.
3. Commission approval
Commissions remain pending until the order is confirmed and the return window has closed. Cancelled or refunded orders are reversed.
4. Withdrawals
Approved balances above the published minimum may be withdrawn to a supported Ghanaian bank account or mobile money wallet.
5. Conduct
Misleading claims, spam, trademark bidding and incentivised clicks are prohibited and may result in forfeited commissions.
6. Changes
Rates and terms may change. The rate recorded at the time of a qualifying sale applies to that sale.
